• Comfortable shoes are essential, as extensive walking is involved.

What's not allowed

• Larger bags are not permitted inside the mine. Only handbags with a maximum size of 35cm x 20cm x 20cm are allowed.

Accessibility

• This experience is only partly accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers.
• The tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities, as you have to go down 800 steps, including 380 at the beginning of the tour.
• The tour may not be suitable for individuals with claustrophobia, as parts of it occur in enclosed underground spaces.

If your hotel location is beyond this area or an area with limited traffic/accessibility, then you will be picked up from the nearest possible pickup spot.
