Evening Tour
Picked up punctually at meeting point by local company used by Headout. Minibus comfortable. Great communication and updates on email and WhatsApp. Thermal Baths were suberb. Evening visit is great as not as busy. Could be more servers in outdoor pool bar (long queues). Suggest 2 towels - keep 1 in locker - the other gets damp going around. We ate pizzas which were delicious. Very relaxing.
OrganIzed very well. Kamil the guid was very polite smiley and very informative. We wish we had more time in the bath. We recommend this tour of course
The actual booking process and the driver were great The actual venue itself to be honest was nice but not worth the money or all my time whilst here. To be brutally honest it is a glorified swimming pool but jacuzzi's. There are no natural spas at all. The setting is great up in the mountains but that is basically it. Big jacuzzi pools!!!
Head out booking simple and easy and local operator confirmed our hotel pickup the day before. The driver was excellent and guidecdid a good job. The time at Zacapane was a bit overlong as not much to do there after doing the mountain railway. The rest was good especially the thermal baths.
Our tour guide Joanna was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made for a great and fun day out. Felt very chilled and relaxed and never felt rushed at any point. Would thoroughly recommend booking onto this trip
This Chocholow Termal bath tour was an amazing and relaxing experience outside Krakow. Everything was very well organized, including the pickup from our Airbnb apartment close to the old town, so we didn't have to walk to the pickup point. Our guide/driver was very polite and helpful, and also gave us a couple of useful tips regarding local restaurants in Krakow. The transportation was clean and comfortable. It took us approximately 1.5 hours each direction, including a 5-minute stop for the bathroom/coffee (which was very thoughtful). The bath complex itself is pretty big, with several pools and nice areas for relaxation, a pool bar, and a lot of facilities for kids. We would highly recommend this experience and would come back next time we visit Krakow.
I wasn't a fan of the thermal pools but the mountains and wodka tasting were brilliant our tour guide Krystian was very professional and informative
We had a fantastic day in Zakopane. Our guide Mateusz was very knowledgable about each location we visited and made it a brilliant experience. We visited several local areas in Zakopane on the way to the thermal baths and were able to try traditional cheese and vodka as well as having free time in the mountains to grab some lunch and have a go on a gravity slide. The thermal baths were very relaxing and a perfect way to end our city break.
Excellent tour and excellent experience so happy we did it. A special shout out to our tour guide Max he was an outstanding host , very friendly and great English. He detailed every part of the trip remarkably. Would do it again in a heartbeat
Our guide (Adam) was very knowledgable and made sure everyone had a good time, we also received many recommendations for Zakopane and Krakow. Stunning views topped up by relaxing time in thermal baths were definitely worth the price.
Great day out, definitelt recommend going for the early morning session as by the time it got to 1pm the queue was out the door! Driver was a bit all over the place though, was texting a lot and driving was affected- but he was very polite and informative otherwise!
The experience is amazing and Matthew was a great guide! The views are the best part they really are incredible and it's so cheap for drinks up there! Only downside is the bus is VERY small and they sell all the seats. It was very cramped I couldn't sit near my partner and couldn't even sit on the seat fully as I was squeezed on the back row with 3 other adults. This was the only downfall. But overall the best day of our holiday!
Booked last minute, 24 hours before the experience after the first experience operator had cancelled our booking due to sickness. Super easy to book and the experience was priced reasonably and competitively. The transfer was comfortable and the driver was polite, professional and informative. Would really recommend. Don’t expect to scenic views of the mountains at night. All you’ll be able to see is steam in the outside pools! But it was great fun, warm and relaxing.
Excellent tour and the guide Adam was very prepared, you could tell he liked his job. Although I went with a group of guys in their 20's on the tour (all English speaking, because it was an English tour, and I was the only Latina included in it) I felt great thanks to the guys and the guide. Excellent tour and excellent atmosphere.

It was perfect start to finish, the scenic was beautiful especially the mountain village and the thermal baths were an amazing end to the trip. i was even accommodated for with a new pick up/ drop off location that was closer to my hotel. Highly recommend this venture with Szczepan (the tour guide) .
It was brilliant. Great communication from the tour guide, good mini bus, just a lovely experience. Perhaps a bit more time in Zakopane town required as it was really busy so a bit of queueing but no fault to the tour company as the timings were already laid out. Absolutely stunning views from the top of the funicular. Would recommend 100%!

Ivan was a kind guide and a perfect driver. He gave us all the informations about the trip. Locations were magnificent. We loved Chocholow Thermal Baths. It was a perfect day.
The trip was amazing from start to finish. Great contact with our guide Maciek who was friendly, professional and very informative. Nothing was too much and we were well looked after. Everything was excellent from the cheese and vodka, the trip to Zakopane and the thermal baths. It was a memorable trip made better by such a great guide Maciek. I would definitely recommend the trip and Maciek
Absolutely must experience! Ali is not only a driver but a perfect guide ready to give us very useful directions and information! The day was perfectly organized from the cultural moment, to the enogastonomic ended with a great relaxation at the spa! I recommend anyone visiting Krakow to do this tour absolutely! Courtesy and fun are assured!!!

The guide Kuba was very knowledgeable and got us there safely and in good time. We really enjoyed the whole day it was an amazing experience to see the mountains and snow in Zakopane. We would defo reccomend him as a guide and would reccomend the trip to anyone as it was so worth it!
Piotr picked us up on time and was an excellent, friendly and helpful driver. He ensured everything went smoothly and explained a lot to us. We can revommand the trip. Andrea and Gabriela

What an amazing place. We went with 4 children of various ages it was great. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the facilities 5star if only we had something as good in the UK.

Everything was very orderly, the pick-up, the punctuality, the interpreter. Everything was well organized. The only thing I didn't like is that the time in each place is short in my opinion. Places with so much history cannot be seen so quickly.

The tour was very well organised and our driver was very good at his job. The actual visit was very somber but very informative and the lady who guided us around was most professional and informative.
Even thought the time of the trip was changed to an earlier pick up of 6am, it was a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English.
Very easy to choose the tour at a time and day that suited us best. The choice of pick up locations was good too, very close to our accommodation in Krakow. The tour bus was confortable, with a good driver and he and the guide were friendly, helpful and attentive. The guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgable and helpful too.
Our guide Cyp was very friendly and helpful. On the way back we watched a movie about the liberation. The tour of Auschwitz is impressive.

Great day the transport was well organised and the tour guide gave plenty of information. Also the guide at aushwitz was really good he was clear, gave plenty of detail and didn't rush either. Only possible improvement is maybe have a longer break during the trip instead of 10 minutes maybe 20-30 minutes, and give more time for people to look at the gift shop after the tour.
Very nice team, great praise to the staff. The whole organization, guided tour in Auschwitz-Birkenau a very touching experience. Pick-up from the meeting point excellent, very friendly drivers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Booking was easy and tickets were made readily available on the app. Communication from the tour operator was good with texts sent via WhatsApp over a week prior to the trip. I had been told via a confirmation email that my pick up spot would be the Kiss & Ride, which was all good with me. I then received a message asking for my hotel address stating I would be picked up there. The day before the event this was then changed back to the Kiss & Ride with the operator stating they couldn’t collect from my specified hotel. This wasn’t a big deal and probably not even worth mentioning! But it just felt disorganised. My pick up time was also pushed back by half an hour but based on a lot of the reviews I had read I expected this. At the Kiss & Ride were lots of people waiting for various operators; the reps weren’t all easily identifiable, eg. signs, uniforms or lanyards. Each just started calling out names so look out for whoever is emerging from the vehicles and listen in! The minibus was comfortable and the rep allocated to our group of 21 was helpful and friendly. When we arrived at the first camp we had a half an hour break before skipping the line and being introduced to our guide, Berka (more about her in a bit). We were merged with another group so must have had at least 30 people in total. This meant some trailed behind in certain areas and were listening to Berka discuss new topics whilst still viewing the former. My tip is stay as close to the guide as possible then everything remains in sync. It’s an extraordinary and unforgettable place with so much information on offer. After one hour and 40 minutes at the first camp we had a short break then were transported to Auschwitz- Birkenau. For anyone who had ordered lunch this is where it was provided. We had 10 minutes to eat before being walked to the camp where Berka met us and continued with the tour. Much of this camp isn’t accessible due the frailties of the bunkers, however this does not detract from the experience at all or make it underwhelming in any way. An hour was spent before we were transported back to Krakow. I think all but two people fell asleep. A tiring yet entirely compelling and poignant day. A strict timetable was adhered to and initially I thought the timings were a bit stingy. However, Berka’s overwhelming knowledge of the subjects presented was captivating and plentiful. She provided insight where individuals without guides would have been lacking. Her delivery was candid yet compassionate and I clung on to her every word. A quick note for those who want to add lunch to their package: don’t. It’s a highly overpriced basic roll, chocolate, fruit and water. There are cafes at both sites but whether you have enough time to purchase items and eat is another matter. I suggest taking something with you.
A two-hour time difference the day before the visit is annoying. The assistant spoke only in English. Difficult to understand. Driver Alex was looking at his phone while. Driving. Very dangerous. Between Auschwitz and Birkenau, two customers had to stand because there wasn't enough room. The guide was very good, but what's the point of the Polish guide who follows us around and keeps us moving? It was unpleasant.

We did the Auschwitz Tour on 31. October 24 and it was an excellent trip. John had it all very well organised from pick-up to drop-off. Our guide Lukasz gave us so much information about the place and made it a unique and very intense experience. Thank you!
The service was excellent. Couldn't fault the team such nice people so we could just relax. The tour itself was an experience I will never forget
A very well organized visit with a captivating guide who plunged us into a dark and cruel world of history. An emotional moment that I highly recommend so that we never forget ...

In terms of organization, everything needs to be reviewed. First of all, your schedule will be changed the day before, to a much earlier time. This happened to all the participants in my group, as it did to all the other groups before or after (some were changed to 6am). At the meeting point, there was no one, no sign, just everyone waiting without really knowing who or what they were. And despite having chosen a tour in French, the driver who will accompany you all day doesn't speak a word of French, yet it's he who will give you all the instructions and your "lunch" that you'll have to swallow during the 5-minute break between the 2 camps. That's why 3 groups got lost between the 2 camps to be visited. The tour is very well led by a guide who speaks good French, with helmets provided at the entrance to the camp. The tour was quick because it was so crowded, taking 3 hours to visit the 2 camps. It took us 8 hours from the pick-up point in Krakow, and we spent more time in the bus, as they use the back roads rather than the freeway.

Our experience with the local guide (in the camps) was very very good. We recommend this guide 200%. On the other hand, we are not at all satisfied with the guide accompanying the minibus. The latter, Charles, does not meet the customers' standards and does not respect them. He speaks English at a high speed without meeting the level of the customers who do not speak the language very well. It is difficult, if not impossible, to understand the organization without the help of other people. He allows the toilet break and then scolds because it is too long (long queue for the ladies). Finally, he refuses to turn down the air conditioning in the minibus when it was unbearably cold... this is unacceptable. This guide does not deserve his position and should be reprimanded! Thank you
The Auschwitz tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us very important information. The company only sent us an e-mail, but we would have expected them to provide more detailed information via a platform such as WhatsApp a day in advance. The minibus and travel were very comfortable.

The on-site guide's incredible respect, in-depth knowledge of the camp's history and sensitivity to both victims and visitors made the experience all the more memorable. He was able to explain the intricate details of life in the camp, the inhuman conditions to which the prisoners were subjected, and the poignant testimonies of the survivors.

It was a unique and exceptional experience for life. The organization of the transfer was impeccable, the snacks were perfect and the Spanish-speaking guide, even for us Brazilians, exceeded expectations. As a suggestion, I think it would be important for the practical explanations that the driver gives, still on the bus, to have a recorded version in Spanish. All in all, I highly recommend the visit and Headout!

Hello, Overall a good experience with a few drawbacks to report. We were supposed to leave at 9:30, but the time was changed the day before to 11:30 the next day. Our meal was included in the package, so we were only able to eat at 4pm to keep up with the tour. We found that the tour was on a tight schedule. The guide wasn't in the mood. Unfortunately, the audio guides cut out or crackled at times. The meeting point in Krakow was poorly indicated on our booking papers, a photo of a meeting place which in fact isn't there, it's on the perpendicular street. Interesting visit to the heart of this tragic story, the guide's explanations were comprehensive. The bus transfers went very smoothly. Quick response time from the tour operator to guide us to the meeting point.

Excellent communication with pick up & drop off; driver very courteous and friendly. We all enjoyed the experience from start to finish, ticketing all taken care of and our English tour guide was brilliant. Happy customers :) thank you
our guide the tour sound like a movie narrator… He was excellent and really engaging and I'm probably spelling his name wrong but it was something like Matthias.
To change the pick up time from 9am to 6am at less than 18 hours notice is unacceptable. No reason given and it was not helpful at all. Our guide and excursion was fine - although the minibus was very cramped & full.
The tour of Auschwitz was very emotional and very well organised. However on our arrival at Auschwitz at 08.30hrs we were informed by our driver that our tour was not until 11.00hrs and we should go to Birkenbau. He took us to Birkenbau and left us to look around by ourselves with no tour guide. We were then collected and returned for our 11.00hrs tour. This was not what we had booked. We were walking blindly around Birkenbau gathering information from signs. The guide would have provided a far better insight and detailed knowledge. I know this as the guide that took us around Auschwitz was excellent and he was due to be our guide as Birkenbau.
Everything was great from start to finish. Our driver Norbert was fantastic and our tour guide was great and very good explaining everything on the tour
It was well organized. I know that you have no control over it but you need a lot more time than 2 1/2 hours to take it all in. The guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have had more time at certain parts to reflect.
Seemed like bait and switch. Time changed by almost four hours and did not have small group tour signed up for. You need to do a better job screening your providers. Tour in Auschwitz 1 seemed rushed.
We had expected longer time to explore the venue. We felt the guide rushed the experience with little or no time to read the information boards or take photos. The older and slower members of the group were left behind and missed some of his commentary.
Damien was a great driver and was wonderful getting us through the queues. He was instrumental in getting us a fast lunch between Camp 1 and Birkenau
The entire experience from pickup/ drop to/ from Auschwitz tour was very good. Our driver Greg was very humble and good natured and made the journey smooth. He was patient and also provide information about the whereabouts of the city. Our English Tour guide was very nice orator. It was very informative and interesting tour. She was good with taking up questions and answered them. Overall the experience was good for us.
The tour was very well run. Our guide was very friendly and was able to give us as much information as possible. He also gave us his opinion, which was very important for us as non-Polish citizens. Auschwitz is definitely a must-see in everyone's life. But once is enough. After that you have many open questions for yourself, for the future of our world. We would like to thank everyone who organized our tour and especially our guide.

We booked a small group tour and this was changed at the last minute. We found the venue far too crowded. Movement in some buildings was too congested and wasn't respectful to the sadness of the storyline. Our guide was on a route March and didn't take account of us who had mobility issues. That was why we chose a small group. Not happy.
Everything was well organised and the tour guide was excellent. A very reflective and sobering visit which made the horrors of this human tragedy very real.
This was a great experience. I find that others find it difficult to communicate in my language, English, but I appreciate the effort they make to do so. There were changes to our itinerary but they were communicated in a timely manner and we were able to follow up to confirm the details. The guide was awesome and would recommend him on this excursion.
The excursion to Auschwitz was fascinating but we particularly booked a small group tour in the morning, and paid in advance. Unfortunately, it appeared that neither was possible, so we were bumped to a 4pm entry time and put in a large group. I am still awaiting a refund for the difference in ticket price.
Our driver Lukas was excellent! Arrived on time and was full of information and facts on the journey! He made it really fun. Our tour guide at the camp was Anna, she was so informative and passionate about what she was saying and we learned so much. An excellent trip from start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
My experience is really very emotional. Everyone should go at least once in their life to never forget. Our guide Jakub was outstanding. He spoke so faithfully and emotionally about everything, so that he did not leave anyone indifferent. And he lived through it all emotionally with us. Kudos to that man indeed. Sanja from Croatia
I liked the fact tour went ahead . Have been cancelled before . This is what we came for lucky I found this tour at short notice. Glad we were able to pay respects to all those that suffered there.
We didn't plan the trip to Auschwitz that long ahead, but we were still able to get tickets. The booking system was easy. The transfer bus was comfortable. Overall a very interesting tour.
It was a really insightful experience and we learned a lot regarding this dramatic moment in our history. Jakub, our guide, was perfect: he knows a lot about the subject and shared many information in a clear english and will lot of emotions in his explanaitons, thanks Jakub!
The trip was good (even that it was sad). Unfortunately we were late in Auschwitz because two people who was also picked up by Olek weren't in time. So we had to took a German speaking tour. Luckily we had Olek, who managed everything for us and was available all the time. Thank you Olek!
Very good communication: there were changes but these were communicated to us in good time. The tour (pick-up, logistics) was well organized.

Visited with my mother as part of her Mother's Day surprise. Seems wrong to say we enjoyed it but definatley an eye opening experience that I believe everyone should do at least once. We booked prior to travelling to Krakow but were kept informed with text and WhatsApp messages. Our driver 'Norbert' was excellent. His english was perfect and was great to chat with on the journey to and from the camp. He gave as a guided tour as we travelled through Krakow to pick up two other visiters and was very informative. I would personally request him to be my driver when I visit again. Once we arrived at Auschwitz, we were handed over to one of the licenced guides who was very informative. She also had excellent english and thanks to the headsets, we were able to hear her clearly. She showed us around the site and explained everything as we went. As others have said, it did sometimes appear quite rushed due to another group waiting to get into the area where we were. I would personally have liked to have been able to spend time at some of the locations to read the displays and take in the magnitude of what we were seeing but instead I took pictures to read them later. Following our tour, we had a quick break and something to eat. I'd highly recommend taking a packed lunch as there are very limited places to get food at the site and the places there are, were very busy with long queues. After our break, we moved over to Birkenau. This site is a lot more open and exposed so I would recommed taking warm clothing and suitable shoes as some areas were quite muddy and uneven. Unfortunatly, we didn't have the benefit of the headsets for this part of the visit so it was quite difficult to hear what the guide was saying but we luckily managed to stay near the front so we could hear most of it. Again, the guide was vey informative and patient with us. She did her best to ensure everyone could hear her and follow what she was saying. While we were there, they were completing some maintenance which meant a longer walk than usual but everything was well organised and easy to follow. Once we left the site there was time to visit the gift shop and facilities. My only personal disapointment was that all three gift shops were sold out of the guide books in English. There were also other members of our group who complained. Considering that a large majority of the visitors to the site are most likely English speaking, this seems a pretty poor oversight. After leaving the site and starting the long journey home, again our driver gave us lots of information about the areas we passed through and made the journey very enjoyable. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this tour with 'Hello Krakow' if you are visiting Krakow, and request 'Norbert' as your driver. I would suggest paying the little bit extra to go on the tour with smaller groups as from what I saw of the other groups, they appeared quite large and it would probably be difficult to follow. Always check the weather before you visit as large areas are outside. Ensure you have a warm jacket and comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking involved. We personally covered 27,000 steps. Thank you very much to everyone at 'Hello Krakow'. We will 100% be booking with you again when we return.
